Posterior decompressive laminectomy and short-distance intervertebral implanted bone fusion to treat the degenerative scoliolosis

Objective To introduce the operative effect of the posterior decompressive laminectomy and short-distance intervertebral implanted bone fusion to treat the degenerative scoliolosis. Method During the Oct of 1999 to the Nov of 2005,treated the 45cases degenerative scoliolosis patients with the posterior decompressive laminectomy and short-distance intervertebral implanted bone fusion and follow-up the operative effect. Results According to Oswestry score system, the status of backleg pain relief had statistical significance compared to that of the preoperative. All patients X-rays of the 3th month and the first year didn't appear the interplantation's cinch and breakage.Cobb angle was corrected from average 32°to 19°. Conclusion Treat the degenerative scoliolosis with the posterior decompressive laminectomy and short-distance intervertebral implanted bone fusion could get better operative effect.
