正常儿童158例血清胱蛋白酶C测定小儿肾小球滤过率的临床意义

摘    要:目的 :探讨血清胱蛋白酶C(CysC)在小儿肾小球滤过率 (GFR)检测中的临床意义。方法 :正常儿童 1 58例 ,年龄从新生儿至 1 4a。根据年龄分5组。酶联免疫吸附测定法 (ELISA法 )测定血清CysC浓度。结果 :1a以下小儿血清CysC浓度与血清肌酐 (Scr)呈正相关 (r =0 .44 ,P <0 .0 1 ) ,与内生肌酐清除率 (Ccr)呈负相关 (r =- 0 .62 ,P <0 .0 1 )。 1a以上小儿血清CysC浓度与Scr无相关 (r=0 .0 73 ,P >0 .0 5) ,与Ccr呈负相关 (r =- 0 .1 2 ,P <0 .0 1 )。各组间差异性小 ,1a以上小儿血清CysC浓度范围 0 .72~ 1 .48mg·L-1 。结论 :1a以后小儿血清CysC浓度稳定 ,在肾小球滤过率检测方面优于Scr。

Abstract:AIM: To study the clinical significance of serum cystatin C (Cys C) in detecting glom erulas filterable rate(GFR). METHODS: One hundred and fifty-eight normal children aged from newborn to 14 a were clas sified into five groups by according to the age, and were given a detection of s erum Cys C by means of ELISA. RESULTS: In the group below one year the relevance of serum Cys C to Scr was positive ( r=0.44,P<0.01),and its relevance to Ccr was negative (r=-0.62, P< 0.01). Among the groups above one year, serum Cys C had no relevance t o Sc r(r=0.073,P>0.05), but a negative one to Ccr (r=-0.12,P<0.0 1 ), and its concentration ranged from 0.72 to 1.48 mg·L -1 with a small di fference among these groups. CONCLUSION: To the children above one year, Cys C has a stable concentration and is superior to Scr in detecting GFR.
