腹腔镜胆囊切除术中胆囊管内置入光源避免损伤胆管的研究

目的 :研究在腹腔镜胆囊切除术 (LC)中预防损伤胆管的方法。方法 :在LC中经胆囊管向胆囊内置入光导纤维 ,导入冷光源。在腹腔镜电视图像中直接观看从胆囊管及胆囊内透出的光亮 ,从而明确胆囊管的解剖位置。结果 :通过移动胆囊管内光纤的位置 ,可清楚地观察到胆囊管通向胆囊的走向。结论 :此法可以在LC中直接、清楚地观察胆囊管走向的方法 ,主要用于解剖不清的LC中 ,作为辅助手段能避免损伤胆管及提高手术的安全性

Preventing bile duct injury in laparoscopic cholecystectomy by putting optical fiber in cystic duct

Objective:To study an effective prevention of bile duct injury in laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC).Methods:Cold light was led into cystic duct through the optical fiber in LC. The location of cystic duct and gallbladder were observed by the light which penetrated the duct wall and gall bladder wall. The light could be directty seen on the monitor. Results:The location of cystic duct was clearly seen by moving the optic fiber in the duct. Conclusions:The method can observe the location of cystic duct directly and clearly. This is mainly applied in unclear anatomy in LC as an assisting method. The method can play an important role in preventing bile duct injury and in ensuring the operation safety.
