| 摘 要： | 目的研究超高倍显微镜观察阴道分泌物查线索细胞、分离培养法、胺试验3种检测方法在细菌性阴道病(BV)加特纳菌检测中的临床价值,并进行阴道加德纳菌的药物敏感试验,以指导临床治疗。方法分别用超高倍显微镜观察阴道分泌物查线索细胞,分离培养法,胺试验3种检测方法对208例下生殖道感染患者行细菌性阴道病加德纳菌检测,并进行阴道加特纳菌的药物敏感试验。结果BV、非细菌性阴道病(NBV)患者均经线索细胞检查,BV试验和GV培养,BV患者组三种方法检测到的GV均高于NBV组(P0.05);加特纳菌对万古霉素、菌必治、痢特灵敏感性较高。结论阴道分泌物直接涂片找加特纳菌和线索细胞、细菌分离培养、BV快速诊断等方法在细菌性阴道病(BV)加特纳菌检测中较PCR、免疫荧光法等简便易行。细菌培养及药物敏感试验,对复发性和久治不愈的BV治疗有重要的指导意义。
