胃癌靶向治疗新进展

化疗是进展期胃癌最常见的治疗方法，但单纯化疗的疗效十分有限。随着对胃癌分子生物学研究的深入，多个胃癌“驱动基因”已被发现，针对这些基因的靶向药物也被尝试用于胃癌的治疗，目前已有多个大型Ⅲ期临床研究评价了这些靶向药物治疗胃癌的效果，本文拟对这些临床研究作一总结，并思考研究结果带给我们的启示。

Progress of molecular targeted therapy for gastric cancer

Although chemotherapy is the most common treatment of advanced gastric cancer, the efficacy is limited. Recently, remarkable progress in biology of gastric cancer has led to the identification of driver＇ gene and the development of new agents that target these genes and relevant pathways. To date, many targeting agents have been evalaated in international phase Ⅲ studies. We re- viewed a representative set of recent studies and provided special consideration related to the available data from these studies.
