摘    要:摘 要疱疹病毒是人类最常见的感染性疾病,根据人类感染程度可分为不同种类,其中单纯疱疹病毒通常引起人类口腔或生殖器黏膜感染,巨细胞病毒是器官移植和肿瘤患者等免疫功能不全患者最常见机会致病菌,可导致严重的疾病甚至死亡。核苷类似物是治疗疱疹病毒疗效较好的药物,但耐药病毒株的出现,为疱疹病毒感染患者的治疗设置了新的障碍,尤其对于免疫功能不全的患者。因此临床亟需能够规避疱疹病毒耐药性的有效的抗病毒药物。本文综述了耐药疱疹病毒的治疗药物的研究进展,包括非核苷类抗病毒药物、新型作用靶点、新型作用机制的抗病毒药物的研究进展。

Research Progress in the Drugs for Drug resistant Herpesviruses

Abstract:ABSTRACTHerpesviruses is one of the most common human infectious diseases, which can be divided into different types based on clinical infection degree. Herpes simplex virus usually results in buccal and genital mucocutaneous infections, while cytomegalovirus is the most common opportunistic pathogen associated with significant morbidity and mortality in immunocompromised hosts, especially in transplant and cancer patients. Although nucleoside analogues are effective antiviral drugs, the emergence of drug resistant viruses has created a barrier for the treatment of herpesviruses infections, especially in immunocompromised patients. Therefore, novel therapeutic agents are needed to avoid the limitations of drug resistance. In this article, research progress in the therapeutic agents for drug resistant herpesviruses was reviewed from the aspects of non nucleoside analogues, novel antiviral targets and newly antiviral mechanisms.
