20例机械通气病人肠内营养的护理

目的　探讨重症病人机械通气期间肠内营养(EN)的护理重点和减少并发症的方法。方法　对20例机械通气的重症病人从术后48小时开始进行肠内营养,重点做好预防误吸,治疗处理胃潴留、腹泻,密切护理监测等工作。结果　无1 例发生误吸,16 例患者成功脱机转出ICU,3 例死亡,1例出院。结论　机械通气患者进行肠内营养支持期间,应做好重点环节的护理与监测,可预防严重并发症的发生,保证EN的安全与有效。

Nursing of Enteral Nutrition in 20 Patients with Mechanical Ventilation

Objective To study the nursing emphases and the methods of reducing the complications of severe patients with enteral nutrition (EN) during mechanical ventilation. Methods 20 severe patients with mechanical ventilation were treated with EN from 48h after operation, emphasized on preventing aspiration, treatment of gastric retention, diarrhea and intensive nursing monitoring etc. Results None of them had aspiration, 16 cases got free of inspirators and out of ICU successfully, 3 cases dead, 1 case was discharged. Conclusions The patients with mechanical ventilator during EN support must be treated with nursing and monitoring perfectly on important links. It can preclude serious complications and guarantee the safety and effect of EN.
