| 摘 要： | 目的 评价同种带瓣肺动脉片在小儿重症法洛四联症 (TOF)根治术中应用的效果。方法 17例小儿重症TOF术中应用同种带瓣肺动脉片行右室流出道跨环补片。随诊 4个月～ 6年 ,平均 1.8年。结果 全组手术成功率 94 .1% ,无晚期死亡 ,无带瓣血管片钙化与反流等情况发生。结论 在小儿重症TOF根治术中 ,同种带瓣肺动脉片是右室流出道跨环补片的理想材料。

| Abstract: | Objective To assess the effect of pulmonary homograft valves in the treatment of severe tetralogy of Fallot(TOF) in children.Methods 17 cases of severe TOF received pulmonary homograft valves to reconstruct the pulmonary outflow tract,who were followed up between 4 months and 6 years,on an average of 1.8 years.Results The success rate of operation was 94.1%.There were no late death and calcification and reflux of blood vessels of homograft valves.Conclusioin The pulmonary homograft valves are the ideal material for pulmonary outflow tract reconstruction of severe TOF in children. |
