| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨尖锐湿疣的治疗方法。方法：利用更昔洛韦注射剂与激光联合治疗56例尖锐湿疣患者，与51例接受单纯激光治疗患者比较。结果：两种方法都能使皮疹消退，症状缓解，但前种方法病情复发率显著降低。结论：更昔洛韦与激光联合疗法是目前治疗尖锐湿疣和预防复发的更有效的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the method for treatment of condyloma auminatum. Methods Fifty-six patients with condyloma acuminatum (CA) were treated by ganciclovir combined with laser in the treatment group. Fifty-one patients with CA were treated only by laser ablation in the control group. Results Both the methods could rapidly remove the lesions and reduced the symptom, but the recurrent rate of CA. was significandy lower in the treatment group than that in the control group. Gcmdusions Gancidovir combined with laser is a better method for the treatment of CA and prevention of its recurrence. |
