| 摘 要： | 目的：观察离体组织皮肤切取技术的临床应用。方法：以侧胸腹部为供区设计切口线，切取离体组织，反鼓切取中厚皮片。结果：以胸部为供区反鼓切取皮片修复缺损创面361例，病变组织切除片回植90例,均得到较理想的临床效果。结论：采用此项技术切取离体皮肤，节省皮源，操作简便，不需特殊设备，易于掌握。

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss the technique for harvesting skin graft from exsomatized tissue.Methods:The lateral thoracicoabdominal region was designed as donor site for exsomatized tissue,then the exsomatized tissue block was placed inside outwards on the dermatome to harvest split thickness skin graft.Results:Three hundred sixty one cases whose defects resulted from scar resection and soft tissue lesions(hemangioma,nevus and so on) removal were repaired with this technique.The clinical results were satisfactory.Conclusions:This technique economizes skin resources and does not need special instruments.It is easy to manipulate and grasp. |
