| 摘 要： | 动物视网膜变性的发病机理与人类的视网膜疾病有某些同源性．因此是研究药物治疗、基因治疗及视网膜移植治疗的有用模型。现根据视网膜色素变性的遗传类型将视网膜变性动物模型的研究进展作一综述。

| Abstract: | Degenerative retinal disease in laboratory and domesticated animals represents a wealth of different pathological manifestations which are important for understanding the basis for human disease. Animals with degenerative retinal disease, homologous to that found in humans, make useful models for investigation of treatment by retinal transplantation, pharmaceutical and gene therapy. |
