| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨脑囊虫病CT表现,以加深对其认识。材料与方法:收集我院自2008年1月到2010年1月共计133余例患者,采用日立PRONTO-II螺旋CT扫描仪,行常规扫描。由2位具有15年以上影像诊断经验的医师进行分析。结果:脑实质型104例,脑室型13例,脑膜型4例,混合型12例。结论:脑囊虫病具有特征性的CT表现,结合临床,可以提高诊断正确率,追踪疗效。

| Abstract: | Purpose：To evaluate the CT manifestations of the brain Cysticercosis for deeply understanding of it.Ma-terials and Methods：To collect 133 Cysticercosis patients from 2008.01 to 2010.01 and to scan with the Hitachi PRONTO-II CT.Two doctors who have made the experience more than 15 years study these images very carefully.Results：The brain parenchymal type 104 cases,the brain ventricle type 13 cases,the dural type 4 cases and the mixed type 12 cases.Conclusion：The CT manifestations of the brain Cysticercosis are characteristic.We can improve the diagnostic accuracy and track curative effect by combining with clinical. |
