| 摘 要： | 目的 化痰祛瘀、了气平喘中药寒喘平口服液和热喘平口服液对支气管哮喘的临床儿。方法 治疗组分别应用寒喘平、热喘平口服液支气管哮喘共１０５例，并与用桂龙咳喘宁胶囊治疗者５２例作对照观察。结果 临床总有效率方面，寒喘平治疗组分别为８８．００ ％、、９０．９１％，桂龙咳喘宁对照组为７３．０８％，两组相比有显著差别（Ｐ〈０．０５）；临床主要症状、体征及实验室指标的改善情况方面，治疗组均优于对照组（Ｐ〈０．０

| Abstract: | To observe the clinical effect of Hanchuanping(HCP) and Rechuanping (RCP) oral liquid,two Chinese drugs for resolving phlegm,removing blood stasis,lowering the adverse flow of qi and relieving asthma,in treating bronchial asthma.Methods:105 patients in treatment group received HCP or RCP,and 52 patients in control group were administered Guilong Kechuanning capsule(GLKCN).Results:The total effective rate of HCP and RCP groups were 88.00% and 90.91% respectively,and that of control group was 73.08%,there were significant differences between the two groups (P<0.05).The improvement of clinical sympotms and indexes of laboratory examination were more considerable in treatment group than that of the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:HCP and RCP have definite therapeutic effect in treating bronchial asthma. |
