肝动脉化疗栓塞联合CT导向经皮肝穿注射无水乙醇治疗肝癌的评价

目的评估肝动脉化疗栓塞（transcatherter arterial chemoembofieation,TACE）联合CT引导下经皮穿刺肝癌无水乙醇注射术（percutaneous ethanol injection therapy，PEIT）治疗肝癌的疗效。方法对64例经证实为原发性肝癌随机分成两组，在进行TACE的间歇期，32例在CT引导下行PEIT，并与同期32例单纯行TACE比较。结果单纯行TACE组，1、2a生存率分别为46．9％、12．5％；TACE联合PEIT组，1、2a生存率分别为71．9％、31．3％。AFP下降幅度单纯TACE组为56．3％，TACE联合PEIT组为78．1％。结论TACE联合PEIT为原发性肝癌较好的一种综合治疗方法。可提高肝癌治疗疗效。
