小骨窗显微手术治疗高血压性小脑出血疗效分析

目的：观察小骨窗显微手术治疗高血压性小脑出血的临床疗效。方法：对12例高血压性小脑出血患者采用小骨窗显微手术治疗,观察手术时间、血肿清除情况和治疗效果。结果：手术时间平均1.5 h,血肿全部清除8例,大部分清除4例。术后随访3个月,生存11例,按格拉斯哥预后评分：恢复良好7例,轻度残疾3例,重度残疾1例。结论：小骨窗显微手术具有手术时间短、创伤小、出血少、疗效好等优点,适合高血压性小脑出血的救治。

The clinical efficacy of small craniotmy in the treatment of hypertensive cerebellar hemorrhage

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of small craniotomy in the treatment of hypertensive cerebellar hemorrhage.Methods：Twelve patients with hypertensive cerebellar hemorrhage were treated with small craniotomy. The operation time,removing hematoma and treatment effects of all cases were observed. Results：The operation time was 1. 5 hour. The hematomas were completely and partly removed in 8 cases and 4 cases. All patients were followed up for 3 months,11 cases survived. Good recovery in 7 cases,slight disability in 3 cases and severe disability in 1 case were found according to the Glasgow prognosis score. Conclusions：The small craniotomy is short operation time,small trauma,little bleeding,and good efficacy,which is a suitable treatment means for hypertensive cerebellar hemorrhage.
