健康信念模式对老年糖尿病多次住院患者遵医依从性的影响

目的：探讨健康信念模式对老年糖尿病多次住院患者遵医依从性的影响。方法：选择86例多次住院老年糖尿病患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组实施常规健康教育,观察组采用健康信念模式进行健康教育。对比2组患者入院时、6个月后血糖及糖化血红蛋白的控制情况及遵医依从性和再住院率。结果：2组患者6个月空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白及遵医依从性评分差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。观察组患者再住院率为37.2%,低于对照组的60.5%（P〈0.05）。结论：应用健康信念模式对老年糖尿病多次住院患者进行健康教育,可提高其遵医依从性,增强治疗效果,提高生活质量。

Effect of health belief medical compliance bejavopr of elderly frequently-hospitalized diabetic patient

Objective：To investigate the effect of the elderly frequently-hospitalized diabetic patients＇ health belief model on medical compliance behavior. Methods： Eighty-six elderly frequently-hospitalized diabetic patients were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group was educated by the health belief model and control group by the routine health mode. A comparison of the control of blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin,medical compliance behavior and rehospitalization rate between two groups was conducted when admission and after 6 months,respectively. Results：By comparison,there were statistically significant in fasting glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin and medical compliance behavior（ P〈0. 01） between two groups of patients after 6 months. The rehospitalization rate of was 37. 2% and was less than 60. 5% of conrtol group（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusions：Health education by using health belief model can promote medical compliance behavior of the elderly frequentlyhospitalized diabetic patients,enhance the treatment effect,and improve the living quality of patients.
