冰冻血小板的临床应用

目的:探讨冰冻血小板的临床疗效。方法:随机选取80例血液病患者,分成两组分别输注新鲜机采血小板、冰冻保存机采血小板,非血液病患者40例输注冰冻机采血小板,对1hCCI、24hCCI值进行统计分析,观察临床疗效。结果:血液病患者输注冰冻保存血小板组与血液病患者输注新鲜血小板组相比1hCCI值无显著差异(P>0.05),24hCCI值显著降低(P<0.05)。血小板输注后均无严重输血反应,三组患者临床疗效总体相当,冰冻血小板临床疗效良好。结论:冰冻血小板和新鲜血小板对因血小板减少所致出血均有良好的止血效果。对血液病患者,新鲜机采血小板长期疗效优于冰冻保存血小板。

Frozen blood platelets in clinical use

Objective： To explore the clinical effect of frozen platelets. Methods：Eighty patients with blood disorder were randomly allocated to two groups by giving apheresis platelets or frozen blood platelets and another 40 of non-blood disorder were administered with frozen platelets. The corrected counted increment（CCI） at 1 h and 24 h after transfusion were examined for evaluating the therapeutic effects. Results ：The CCI at lh after transfusion of frozen blood platelets in patients with blood disorder showed no statistical difference as compared with those given the platelets under normal temperature（P 〉 0. 05 ） , but the CCI at 24 h reduced greatly（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The therapeutic effects primarily remained the same in the three groups of patients and no adverse blood transfusion reactions occurred, also, the frozen platelets could produce better effects. Conclusion：Both platelets are effective in hemostasis for patients from thrombocytopenia,but apheresis platelets are superior to that for the patients with ＂blood disorder concerning long-term effect.
