190例癫痫患者丙戊酸血浓度监测及个体化给药

采用荧光偏振免疫法对190例服用丙戊酸的癫痫患者进行丙戊酸血浓度监测，分析总结了417份血药浓度与剂量及疗效的关系，达到丙戊酸治疗血浓度范围（50～100μg/ml）但未有效控制症状的有34例次，占15%；不在治疗血药浓度范围内而症状控制良好的有43例，占21%。结果表明，丙戊酸血浓度监测对抗癫痫药物合理应用有重要指导作用，但个体化给药还必须综合考虑各方面的因素。

Monitoring of the Serum Concentration of Valproic Acid and Drug Administration with Individuation in 190 Epileptic Patients

The serum concentrations of valproic acid in 190 epileptic patients were determined by using flu- orescence polarization immunoassay. The relations between the serum concentration of valproic acid and the dosage and therapeutic effects in 417 samples were studied. Thirty-four patients with effective serum concentra- tions of valproic acid did not have their epilepsy controlled, accounting for 15 %, while 43 patients whose serum concentrations of valproic acid were below effective level had their epilepsy controlled, accounting for 21%. It was suggested that serum concentration monitoring for valproic acid might play a key role in guiding rational use of antiepileptic drugs and various factors should be considered while practicing the individualized administration of drug.
