| 摘 要： | 目的 研究尾加压素Ⅱ(UⅡ)能否诱导体外培养的乳鼠心肌细胞肥大。方法 心肌细胞体外培养40h后，换无血清DMEM继续培养24h，应用流式细胞仪和3H-亮氨酸(^3H-Leu)掺入法观察不同浓度UⅡ作用24h后对心肌细胞大小和蛋白掺入率的影响。结果 10^-7mol／L的UⅡ心肌细胞的大小(P=0．021)和^3H-Leu掺入率(P=-0．015)。结论 UⅡ能诱导体外培养的乳鼠心肌细胞肥大。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE: To examine whether urotensinII (UII) induces hypertrophy of neonatal rat cardiomyocytes cultured in vitro. METHODS: The primary cardiac myocytes cultured for 40 h followed by further culture in serum-free media for another 24 h were subjected to exposure to UII of varied concentrations for 24 h, after which the changes in the size of the cells were analyzed by flow cytometry with (3)H-leucine incorporation also measured. RESULTS: At the concentration of 1x10(-7) mol/L, UIIcould increase the size of the cultured cardiac myocardial cells (P=0.021) and 3H-Leucine incorporation (P=0.015). CONCLUSION: UII may induce hypertrophy of neonatal rat cardiac myocytes cultured in vitro. |
