基于满秩平行因子分析方法研究左氧氟沙星两种结构型体的荧光光谱及其与酸碱度的关系

摘    要:目的以满秩平行因子分析方法研究左氧氟沙星两种结构型体的荧光光谱及其与酸碱度的关系。方法测定pH值2.78—7.83范围内左氧氟沙星的三维荧光光谱,并对其三维荧光光谱数据进行满秩平行因子分析。结果测定了左氧氟沙星不同pH值下的三维荧光光谱,得到了其两种不同结构型体(氢键结构型体和双极离子结构型体)的激发光谱、发射光谱和浓度变化曲线。结论获得左氧氟沙星两种不同结构型体的荧光光谱及其在pH值2.78—7.83范围内的浓度变化趋势,为左氧氟沙星的代谢研究提供了更多的基础信息。
