| 摘 要： | 通过对118例狂犬病发病因素及死亡病例分析,确定狂犬和猫是人狂犬病的主要传染源,农村男孩是预防狂犬病的重点保护人群,动物致伤后未及时处理伤口以及没有按照推荐程序进行免疫接种是发生狂犬病的重要因素。

| Abstract: | Pathogenic factors and 118 deaths from hydrophobia were reported in this paper. Mad dogs and cats were ascertained to be the main sources of infections. Village boys were of the major protected population. Delayed or no treatment after being injured or no immunization according to the recommended procedure were two key factors leading to hydrophobia. |
