多发性骨髓瘤细胞形态学及临床特点分析

目的探讨多发性骨髓瘤的细胞形态学及临床特点在疾病诊断中的作用。方法回顾性分析150例多发性骨髓瘤的临床资料和实验室特点。结果骨髓涂片中瘤细胞比例≥10%者占87.2%,骨髓瘤细胞中位数约24%;临床表现仍以骨骼疼痛、贫血、反复感染、肾损害为主。50～70岁是高发年龄段。结论细胞形态学检查是诊断多发性骨髓瘤的重要方法,应同时结合临床表现。

Cell morphology and clinical characteristics of multiple myeloma

Objective To explore the cell morphology and clinical features of multiple myeloma,helping for diagnosis of multiple myeloma. Methods Retrospectively analyze the clinical and lab datas of 150 patients with multiple myeloma. Results Myeloma cell percentage≥10% in bone marrow slide were 87.2%, median percentage of myeloma cells was 24%. Bone pain,anemia, infection, renal functional abnormality were the main clinical features. Patients of 50-70 years old had the highest incidence rate. Conclusion Bone marrow cell morphology is an important method in diagnosis of multiple myeloma, while the clinical features should be recommended.
