| 摘 要： | 用乳胶凝集法检测血清抗脱氧核糖核蛋白（ＤＮＰ）抗体，在活动期系统性红斑狼疮（ＳＬＥ）、其他结缔组织疾病（ＣＴＤ）以及非ＣＴＤ对照组各３０例中，阳性率分别为９０．０％，６６．７％和１３．３％，３０例正常人均阴性。活动期ＳＬＥ抗体水平明显高于ＣＴＤ组，治疗后则明显降低或阴转。本方法简便快捷，可作为ＳＬＥ初筛指标，其强阳性结果有助于病情活动状况观察及与其他ＣＴＤ的鉴别诊断。

| Abstract: | Latex test was applied to detect deoxyribonucleoprotein(DNP)antibody in the present study.The positive rates of DNP antibody in active SLE,other connective tissue diseases(CTDs)and non-CTDs were 90.0%(27/30),66.7%(20/30)and 13.3%(4/30),respectively.No DNP antibody was found in the normal controls,The titer of DNP antibody was significantly higher in active SLE than that in CTDs and greatly declined or disappeared when patients were in clinical remission.The result suggests that this simple and rapid test might be used as a screening test for SLE and might also be useful in the differentiation of SLE with other CTDs. |
