某幼儿园儿童日常膳食中视黄醇摄入量调查

[目的]了解儿童日常膳食中视黄醇的平均日摄入量,为拟定适合生长发育中儿童的合理饮食提供科学依据。[方法]统计2005年9月～2006年9月邯郸市某幼儿园3～6岁儿童体检后的身高﹑体重数值和相应年度每周一日三餐的食谱,以肥胖﹑低体重等指标判断儿童生长发育情况;同时计算出食谱中每日视黄醇的摄入量来观察其与儿童骨骼发育的关系。[结果]3～6岁男童身高符合或高于世界卫生组织规定的标准,体重均超过标准。3～6岁女童身高和体重均低于标准。每周食谱中视黄醇的日摄入量明显偏低,平均RDA42.55%。[结论]儿童膳食中视黄醇的摄入量偏低,是影响儿童生长发育的重要原因之一。均衡膳食尤其是视黄醇的足量摄入应成为儿童营养强化等综合干预措施的不可或缺的关键措施之一。

INVESTIGATION OF INTAKE OF RETINOL IN THE DAILY MEALS AMONG KINDER-GARTENS

Objective To understand the daily intake of retinol in meals of children, so as to provide scientific basis for formulating reasonable food for the development of children.Methods The height, body weight values and the dietary of the daily food among 3 to 6 years children in a kindergarten from September 2005 and September 2006 were caculated, and the growth situation of children was judged by the indexes of obesity and low body weight.The relationship of intake of retinol in recipes of daily life and development of children's skeleton were observed.Results The height of boys at the age of 3 to 6 years old were consistent with or higher the standard of the World Health Organization stipulated.The height and weight of children at the age of 3 to 6 years old were lower than standard.The intake of retinol in recipes of daily life was obviously low with the average RDA of 42.55%.Conclusion The intake of retinol in recipes showed to be low, which is one of the important reasons to affect the growth and development of children.Therefore, good balance of meals especially the sufficient intake of retinol should be the necessary invention measures and important strategies for the nutrition of children.
