| 摘 要： | 探讨尿液微量白蛋白（mAlb）和视黄醇结合蛋白（RBP）在糖尿病肾病患者中的诊断意义。采用免疫透射比浊法检测糖尿病肾病患者尿液中的尿液微量白蛋白（mAlb）和视黄醇结合蛋白（RBP）,并在尿液分析仪上检测蛋白定性试验,以正常健康体检者为对照组,进行对比分析。结果显示,糖尿病肾病患者中尿液微量白蛋白（mAlb）、视黄醇结合蛋白（RBP）结果高于正常对照组;且尿蛋白阳性组高于阴性组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论：早期检测尿液微量白蛋白和视黄醇结合蛋白,对糖尿病肾病诊断有着指导意义。

| Abstract: | To explore the significance of urine micro-albumin and retinal binding protein in the diagnosis of patients with diabetic nephropathy.The urine micro-albumin and retinal binding protein in patients with diabetic nephropathy and healthy controls were measured by using immune turbidimetry and urine analyzer.The results showed that the urine micro-albumin and retinal binding protein in patient with diabetes nephropathy were significantly higher than that of normal control group（P0.01）.Early detection of urine micro-albumin and retinal binding protein might have importance in the diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy. |
