阿托伐他汀调脂治疗对血管內皮功能的影响

目的探讨高脂血症患者血管内皮功能的变化及阿托伐他汀对其影响。方法选高脂血症患者44例为治疗组,同期与之相匹配的血脂正常者20例为对照组,检测阿托伐他汀治疗前后血浆内皮素-1浓度(ET-1)、血脂,采用肱动脉血管超声检测血管内皮依赖性舒张功能的变化。结果高脂血症组ET-1的水平明显高于对照组(P<0.01),血管内皮依赖性舒张显著低于对照组(P<0.01);阿托伐他汀治疗后1周血脂水平较治疗前有下降趋势,但尚无统计学意义(P>0.05),而ET-1已明显下降、反应性充血引起肱动脉内径扩张显著增强(P<0.05);治疗后8周TC、TG、LDL-C均有明显降低(P<0.05)且ET-1进一步降低,反应性充血引起肱动脉内径扩张进一步增强(P<0.01)。结论结论高脂血症患者内皮功能受损,阿托伐他汀调脂治疗的同时具有改善内皮功能的作用。

Effect of cholesterol-lowing therapy with atorvastatin on endothelial function of vessel

Objective To investigate endothelial function of vessel in patients with hypercholesterolemia and the effect of atorvastatin on it.Methods Forty-four patients with hypercholesterolemia were selected to therapy group and twenty patients with normal cholesterolemia to control group.ET-1 endothelium-dependent relexing function were observed before and after treatment.Results Compared with the control group,serum ET-1 and endothelium-dependent relexing function were significantly higher before treatment(P<0.01);After cholesterol-lowing therapy with atorvastatin for 1 week,the serum ET-1 were lowered(P<0.05) and endothelium-dependent relexing function were significantly improved(P<0.05).At the end of 8 weeks,TC、TG、LDL-C were significantly lower(P<0.05)and the serum ET-1 was further decreased,endothelium-dependent relexing function were further improved(P<0.05).Conclusion Endothelial function of vessel in patients with hypercholesterolemia was impaired,atorvastatin may improve endothelial function of vessel.
