| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨加味阳和汤治疗膝骨性关节炎的时效性。方法:对2007年7月~2009年1月期间在我科接受加味阳和汤治疗的80例膝关节骨性关节炎进行随访,采用膝关节HSS评分[2]作为评价标准,观察加味阳和汤治疗膝骨性关节炎不同时间后的疗效。结果:运用加味阳和汤加减治疗膝骨性关节炎近期具有显著的疗效;1年3个月后疗效开始减退,需再次服用加味阳和汤治疗;运用加味阳和汤治疗不同时期膝骨性关节炎的疗效有差别,早期骨性关节炎治疗效果更优。结论:加味阳和汤治疗膝骨性关节炎疗效显著,中远期疗效稳定,多次疗程治疗疗效有待观察。
