| 摘 要： | 目的：观察六味地黄丸对原发性疏松症（肾阴虚型）骨密度（BMD）的影响。方法：将60例原发性疏松症（肾阴虚型）患者随机分为钙尔奇组（对照组）30例,六味地黄丸组（治疗组）30例,比较治疗12个月后BMD的变化情况及骨代谢相关生化检查结果。结果：治疗组腰椎BMD较治疗前明显升高（P〈0.05）,对照组治疗前后各部位BMD无明显差异。治疗组腰椎、股骨颈骨、Ward’s三角BMD变化率分别为8.45%,4.39%,4.04%,均明显高于对照组明显（P〈0.01）。治疗12个月后总有效率：治疗组为90%,显著高于对照组的60%（P〈0.01）,治疗组尿Ca/Cr治疗后明显降低（P〈0.05）,对照组治疗前后无明显变化。结论：六味地黄丸能有效提高原发性疏松症（肾阴虚型）患者的BMD,尤其是腰椎的BMD,降低尿Ca/Cr值。
