眩晕的中医辨治分析

目的探讨眩晕证的中医辨证与治疗方法。方法共收集62例眩晕证患者分为痰浊中阻、风痰阻络、血脉瘀阻、气血两虚四种类型。分别用健脾化浊、涤痰熄风、化瘀通络、益气养血等方法治疗,4周为一个疗程。结果显效24例（39％）、有效33例（53％）、无效5例（8％）。结论中医药治疗眩晕证有良好的疗效,体现出了治病求本和异病同治的优越性。

Chinese Medicine's Diagnosis and Treatment Based on Overall Analysis of Symptoms and Signs of Vertigo

Objective Explore the Chinese medicine's diagnosis and treatment based on overall analysis of symptoms and signs and cure method of vertigo and find more curing solutions. Methods Totally 62 vertigo cases patients have been collected, who were of four types i.e. stagnation of phlegm dampness, wind-phlegm accumulation, stagnation of blood and deficiency of both qi and blood respectively and were treated with the therapeutics such as invigorating the spleen for eliminating dampness, removing phlegm calming the "wind", removing blood stasis and removing obstruction in the channels and replenishing qi and blood etc. Four weeks was one period of treatment. Results 24 cases show prominent effect (39%), 33 cases effect (53%) and 5 cases inefficacy (8%). Conclusions It manifests that the benign results to treat the vertigo with Chinese medicine symbolize the advantages in curing the diseases from the roots thoroughly and using the same treatment for different diseases.
