| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨复合南瓜饮料的补血功能.[方法]将南瓜提取液和中药材提取液以适宜的比例混合,制成复合南瓜饮料,用失血法制备动物模型,观察复合南瓜饮料的补血作用.[结果]灌胃给予失血模型小鼠复合南瓜饮料8d后,血红蛋白含量和红细胞计数均明显高于对照组小鼠,中剂量和高剂量实验组小鼠的血红蛋白含量和红细胞计数均恢复到失血前水平.[结论]复合南瓜饮料具有补血功能.

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVETo study the antanemic function of complex Cucurbita beverage.METHODSThe complex Cucurbita beverage was made from the extracts of Cucurbita and the traditional Chinese medicinal (materials) of medicine and concurrently edible mixed with adequate ratio. The models of deficiency of blood were made by method of blood loss, and the effects of the antanemic function were observed.RESULTSAfter being given the complex Cucurbita beverage, the hemoglobin and quantity of erythrocyte of blood deficiency in mice were higher than that of control group, and that of middle dosage and high dosage groups were recovered to the level of before blood loss.CONCLUSIONThe complex Cucurbita beverage have the antanemic function. |
