螺旋CT在肝内周围型胆管细胞癌诊断中的临床价值

目的分析肝内周围型胆管癌IHPCC的CT表现，探讨CT对该病的诊断及鉴别诊断价值方法回顾性分析经手术病理证实的IHPCC病人28例，均行CT平扫和动态增强扫描。结果病灶位于肝左叶15例，右叶9例，尾叶4例，CT上病灶呈分叶状、结节状，平扫呈不均匀低密度改变，增强后不均匀强化，边缘强化，密度低于正常肝组织，延迟后内部呈条索状强化，并向中心延伸．结论螺旋CT动态增强扫描对IHPCC的诊断具有较高的临床应用价值。

The clinical value of Spiral CT in diagnosis of intrahepatic peripheral cholangiocarcinoma

Objective To study the imaging features of intrahepatic peripheral cholangiocarcinoma(IHPCC) on SCT and to evaluate the role of SCT in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis in IHPCC. Methods Twenty-eight patients ( 9 males and 19 females) with pathologically proven IHPCC were reviewed retrospectively. SCT conventional and dynamic contrast-enhanced scans were performed in all patients. Results Pre-contrast CT scanning was a low desity lesions.Post-contrast CT scanning showed inhomogeneous enhancement and showed a low density unenhancement area with margin enhancement.Delayed enhancement with progressive and concentric filling by contrast medium may be found. Conclusion Dynamic contrast enhancement scan is an effective technique for the diagnosis of IHPCC.
