| 摘 要： | 目的 总结肺挫伤并发急性呼吸窘迫综合征(acute respiratory distress syndrome,ARDS)的临床特点及诊治方法.方法 回顾性分析本科收治的37例肺挫伤并发ARDS患者的临床资料.结果 治愈33例,死亡4例.结论 早期诊断,及时、正确地应用机械通气是成功救治肺挫伤并发ARDS患者的关键.

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the clinical features,diagnosis and treatment on the patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS) after pulmonary contusion.Methods The data of 37 patients with ARDS after pulmonary contusion were studied retrospectively.Results Thirty-four patients were cured,3 patients died.Conclusion Early diagnosis,prompt and proper operation of mechanical ventilation are crucial for the patients with ARDS after pulmonary contusion. |
