摘    要:本文研究了氟对大鼠自然杀伤(NK)细胞和白细胞介素-2(IL-2)的影响以及硼对氟的拮抗作用。大鼠饮用加氟水(110mgF-/L)和氟硼混和水(110mgF-+44mgB3+/L)4个月,以饮用自来水为对照。研究结果表明,氟可抑制大鼠脾脏NK细胞和IL-2的活性。硼可拮抗氟引起的NK细胞和IL-2活性的降低,并使尿氟排出增加,骨氟含量下降。提示氟可抑制非特异性和特异性免疫,硼可拮抗氟的毒性。

Abstract:The study was performed to explore the effect of fluoride on the activity of natural killer(NK)cells and interleukin-2(LL-2) in the rat's spleen,and the antagonism of boron to fluoride.The rats were administered NaF(112mg F-/L)and NaF Borax(11mg F- 4mg B2 /L)in drinking water for momonths;the control was given stilled water.The results showed that fluoride could reduce obviously the activity of NK cells and IL-2,and that boron could advance the decreased actyvity of NK cells and IL-2 caused by fluoride,increase the excretion of fluoride in urine,and decline the content of fluoride in bone.zthe study suggested that fluoride inhibit the non-specific and specific immune fumctions,and boron antagonize the toxicity of fluoride.
