加减清营汤对损伤的血管内皮细胞保护作用研究

摘    要:目的:观察加减清营汤对H2O2损伤的血管内皮细胞活力和NO、t-PA分泌的影响。方法:H2O2损伤ECV304细胞,随机分为正常组、模型组、血清对照组、加减清营汤组,血清药理学方法给药,MTT法观察细胞活力,同时检测NO和t-PA含量。结果:加减清营汤含药血清能明显提高H2O2损伤的ECV304细胞活力和NO、t-PA分泌。结论:加减清营汤对H2O2造成的ECV304细胞损伤具有保护和修复作用。

Abstract:Objective:To study the influence of Modified Qingying Decoction on ECV304 cell damaged by H2O2.Methods:The drug-containing serum was obtained from rat administered with Modified Qingying Decoction.After the damaged ECV304 cell by H2O2 was treated with drug-containing serum or control,the drug action was evaluated by the MTT method,the content of nitrogen monoxide(NO) and tissue plasminogen activator(t-PA).Results:Comparing with control group,Modified Qingying Decoction group showed significant increase in cell vigor,the content of NO and t-PA.Conclusion:The "Modified Qingying Decoction could obviously protect ECV304 from injury induced by H2O2.
