甲基莲心碱与牛磺酸对高血压大鼠血压及糖耐量的影响

 甲基莲心碱１０ｍｇ／ｋｇ、牛磺酸１００ｍｇ／ｋｇ１次ｐｏ均有降压作用，两药连续给药７ｄ及１４ｄ的降压作用与给药１ｄ无显著性差别，两药合用的Ｑ值为０．８３，表现为降压作用的相加。甲基莲心碱１０ｍｇ／ｋｇ、牛磺酸１００ｍｇ／ｋｇ连续ｉｇ２周（每天１次，ｑｄ），可明显改善肾性高血压大鼠的糖耐量异常，两药合用连续ｉｇ２周（ｑｄ），改善糖耐量的作用不比两药单用更好。

Effects of neferine and taurine on systolic blood pressure and glucosetolerance in conctous renovascular hypertensive rats

We studied effects of neferine,taurine given alone and in combination on systolicblood pressvre and glucose tolerance in conscious renovascular hypertensive rats. Aslo studiedwere the hypotensive effects of single ig neferine 10 mg/kg and taurine 100 mg/kg. The hypoten-sive effects of neferine 10 mg/kg and taurine 100 mg/kg given ig alone once a day for 7 days or 14days showed no significant difference compared with those of their single ig.Q value of thesedrugs given in combination(0. 83). The effects of neferine 10 mg/kg,taurine 100 mg/kg alone giv-en ig once a day for 14 days on improving glucose tolerance were observed obviously. But the ef-fects of their use in combination on improving glucose tolerance were not better than those oftheir,use alone.
