七氟烷用于小儿扁桃体切除术中麻醉60例

目的观察七氟烷用于小儿扁桃体切除术中的麻醉效果。方法选取2008年1月至2011年5月收治的接受扁桃体切除术的患儿120例,随机分成试验组与对照组,两组均为60例。对照组在手术时接受传统的氯胺酮全身麻醉,试验组接受七氟烷全身麻醉。观察及对比两组临床疗效。结果手术开始后15 min及手术结束后,两组的血流动力学指标比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组意识消失时间、睫毛反射消失时间、疼痛反应消失时间以及麻醉恢复时间、自主呼吸恢复时间、自主睁眼恢复时间、拔管时间及清醒时间均少于对照组(P<0.05);试验组不良反应发生情况也少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论七氟烷用于小儿扁桃体切除术,对心血管系统影响小,起效快,患儿术后苏醒时间短,术后不良反应较少,值得临床推广。

Application of Sevoflurane in Anesthesia of Children Tonsillectomy

Objective To observe the anesthetic effect of sevoflurane applied in children tonsillectomy. Methods 120 children patients with tonsillectomy from January 2008 to May 2011 were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, 60 cases in each group. The control group received ketamine general anesthesia during operation, while the experimental group received sevoflurane general anesthesia. The clinical effects were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The hemodynamic indexes at 15 rain after operation beginning and at the end of operation had statistically significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0. 05）;the consciousness disappearing time, eyelash reflex disappearing time, pain response disappearing time, narcotic recovery time, recovery time of autonomous breathing, recovery time of autonomous eyes open, extubation time and awake time in the experimental group were all less than those in the control group（P〈0.05）;the occurrence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was less than that in the con-trol group （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Sevoflurane used in pediatric tonsillectomy has little influence on the cardiovascular system, rapid onset, short postoperative recovery time and less postoperative adverse reactions, which is worth promoting in clinic.
