原发性肝细胞癌胞核及核内包涵体的超微结构研究

摘    要:通过光镜和电镜研究了人原发性肝细胞癌胞核及核内包涵体的形态改变、结构、性质和意义。光镜下肝癌胞核普遍增大、核膜增厚、核仁明显。电镜下胞核明显畸形,核内可见各种形态的假包涵体,检出率为73%,还可以见到其他包涵体。越是分化差的肝癌,核的改变越明显。核的改变情况可作为衡量肝癌分化程度的指标之一。

Abstract:The specimens of 55 cases of primary hepatocellular carcinoma were observed with light and electron microscope respectively. Under light microscope, the cellular nuclei of hepatoma were enlarged, and the nuclear membranes thickened. The nucleoli were noticeable. Under electron microscope, the shape of nuclei was quite irregular.Various pseudoinclusions were found in cellular nuclei of the most hepatomas, and the rate was 73%. All pseudoinclusions were surrounded by nuclear membrane. They contained normal or degenerative mitochondria, endoplasmic reticulum, lipid vacuoles and other organelles. The more poor-differentiated hepatoma the more marked changes of cellular nuclei. Therefore, the changed status of cellular nuclei may be used as a criterion for measuring difference degree of hepatoma.
