探讨手术治疗联合保守治疗胃溃疡的疗效

目的比较采用两种不同治疗方法治疗胃溃疡的疗效。方法：回顾性分析我院2007年1月—2009年12月的收治的72例胃溃疡患者采取不同的治疗方法治疗胃溃疡的病历资料。结果：联合治疗的疗效优于单纯手术治疗。联合组的术后胃肠功能的恢复优于单纯手术组。结论：胃溃疡的治疗应结合临床具体情况采取不同的治疗方式，但在常规治疗的基础上辅以手术治疗效果更好。

Surgical treatment of combined conservative treatment of gastric ulcer

Objective To compare two different methods of treatment of gastric ulcer treatment. Methods： A retrospective analysis of our hospital in January 2007 -2009 12 months 72 cases of gastric ulcer patients admitted to different treatment of gastric ulcer treatment medical records. Results： The combination therapy was more effective than surgery alone. Joint Group of postoperative recovery of gastrointestinal function is heater than surgery alone group. Conclusion： The treatment of gastric ulcer clinical situation should be taken to a different treatment, but on the basis of conventional therapy supplemented with surgery better.
