阿司匹林粒径对羟丙甲基纤维素水凝胶骨架片释放度的影响

摘    要:目的 考察粒径对羟丙甲基纤维素(HPMC)水凝胶骨架片释药行为的影响。方法 以阿司匹林为模型药物,测定不同粒径药物制备的HPMC水凝胶片的释放行为。结果 当HPMC含量较低时,药物粒径愈小,释药速度愈快;当HPMC含量较高时,释药速度在0-4h随粒径的增加而变慢,4-12h后则表现为随粒径的增加释放加快。结论 在某些条件下,增大药物粒径会使释放变快。

Abstract:AIM The effect of drug particles on the release behavior of hydrogel matrix tablet of HPMC was studied. METHODS The release behavior of aspirin with different particles was tested. RESULTS When the tablets was made mainly with HPMC and without MCC, the release rate was lower with the decrease of drug diameter in the first 4 h, while from 4 to 24 h the release rate was higher with the decrease of drug diameter. CONCLUSION The release mechanism of HPMC tablets changed when MCC was excluded.=
