槲皮素磷脂固体分散体的研制

摘    要:目的 :研制槲皮素磷脂固体分散体。方法 :应用溶剂挥发法制备不同比例的槲皮素磷脂固体分散体 ,研究其紫外、红外吸收光谱及在水和氯仿中的溶解性。结果 :与槲皮素及其物理混合物相比 ,槲皮素磷脂固体分散体的紫外、红外吸收光谱有明显的变化 ,在水和氯仿中的溶解性显著增大。结论 :槲皮素磷脂固体分散体可增大槲皮素的水溶性和脂溶性 ,有利于生物膜的吸收。

Abstract:Objective: To study the solid dispersions of quercetin with phospholipid. Methods: The solid dispersions of quercetin with phospholipid at various ratio were prepared with solvent evaporation, and their UV and IR spectra and solubility in water and in chloroform were studied. Results: UV and IR absorption spectra of solid dispersions of quercetin with phospholipid had marked difference from those of quercetin and quercetin phospholipid physical mixtures, and their solubility in water and in chloroform had a marked accretion. Conclusion: Solid dispersions of quercetin with phospholipid could enhance water and lipid solubility of quercetin and facilitate the absorption of quercetin through lipid membrane.
