我院2009-2011年抗高血压药应用情况分析

目的分析评价南昌市第一医院抗高血压药的应用情况及趋势，以供临床用药参考。方法对本院2009—2011年抗高血压药应用品种、用量、销售金额、用药频度（DDDs）、药品限定日费用（DDC）等进行统计、分析。结果抗高血压用药整体呈现上升趋势，其中钙通道阻滞剂（CCB）、血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂（ACEI）、血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂（ARB）最常用，其次是β受体拮抗剂与复方制剂。结论本院抗高血压药的应用发展趋势基本是以中价位的CCB、ACEI、ARB为主流，其次多用β受体拮抗剂及高价位的复方制剂，辅以低价位的利尿药为基础。符合目前抗高血压用药主流趋势。

Utilization of Antihypertensive Drugs in Our Hospital between 2009 and 2011

Objective To evaluate the situation and trends of antihypertensive drug use in the first hospital of Nanchang, and to provide references for clinical drug use. Methods The utilization of antihypertensive drugs between 2009 and 2011 was analyzed statistically in respect of species, usage amount, sale amount, frequency of drug use（DDDs）, and defined daily cost（DDC）. Results The use of antihypertensive drugs showed an upward trend. The three most commonly used drugs were calcium channel blockers （CCB）, angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors （ACEI） and angiotensin II receptor blockers （ARB）, followed by 13 receptor antagonists and compound preparations. Conclusion There is an upward trend in the use of CCB,ACEI and ARB in our hospital, followed by 13 receptor antagonists and compound preparations, and the low cost of diuretics are used as the auxiliary blood-pressure- lowering drugs.
