婴儿巨细胞病毒性肝炎患儿肝组织中IL-17的表达及意义

目的研究婴儿巨细胞病毒性肝炎患儿肝组织中自介素-17（IL-17）的表达水平及其与肝纤维化的关系。探讨其在婴儿巨细胞病毒性肝炎发病中可能的免疫病理作用机制及意义。方法选用23例婴儿巨细胞病毒性肝炎息儿肝组织标本（病例组）和10例非肝脏疾病死亡婴儿尸检肝组织标本（对照组），采用免疫组织化学法对肝组织进行IL-17染色，观察IL-17在2组肝组织中的表达。结果病例组肝组织中IL-17表达水平为1．348＋0．487．对照组肝组织中IL-17表达水平为0．300±0．483，病例组肝组织中IL-17表达水平高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；病例组肝组织中IL—17表达水平与纤维化程度呈正相关（r=0．734，P〈0．01）。结论IL—17在婴儿巨细胞病毒肝炎发病过程及纤维化的发生发展中发挥了重要作用。

Intrahepatic Expression of IL-17 Hepatitis and Its in Infantile Cytomegalovirus Significance

Objective To explore hepatitis and its relationship with liver the expression of interleukin 17（IL-17）in infantile cytomegalovirus fibrosis, and to investigate the possible role of IL-17 in the im- munopathological mechanism of infantile cytomegalovirus hepatitis. Methods The expression of IL-17 was detected by immunohistochemical staining in liver tissue specimens from 23 infants with infantile cytomegalovirus hepatitis （hepatitis group） and 10 infants who died of non-liver-related disease （con- trol group）. Results The levels of IL-17 expression in hepatitis group （1.348＋0.487） were significantly higher than those in control group （0.300＋0.483）（P〈0.01 ）. There was a positive correlation between IL-17 expression and liver fibrosis in hepatitis group （r=0.734,P〈0.01）. Conclusion IL-17 plays an important role in the development of infantile hepatic cytomegalovirus hepatitis and liver fibrosis.
