氟比洛芬酯术前预处理对单肺通气所致肺损伤的影响

目的探讨氟比洛芬酯术前预处理对单肺通气所致肺损伤的影响。方法将60例食管癌患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组于切皮前静脉注射脂肪乳剂,观察组于切皮前静脉注射氟比洛芬酯,分别于麻醉前、术后0 h以及24 h检测2组患者血清丙二醛（MDA）﹑白介素-6（IL-6）以及白介素-8（IL-8）的浓度。结果观察组患者单肺通气后血清MDA、IL-6以及IL-8水平与术前比较略有升高,但差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,与对照组单肺通气后比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论氟比洛芬酯术前预处理可显著减少MDA、IL-6以及IL-8的产生,抑制单肺通气所致炎性反应对肺的损伤。

Influence of Flurbiprofen Axetil Pretreatment on Lung Injury Induced by One-lung Ventilation

Objective To observe the influence of flurbiprofen axetil pretreatment on the lung injury induced by one-lung ventilation.Methods Sixty patients with esophagus cancer were randomly assigned to receive either intravenous injection of fat emulsion（control group,n=30） or intravenous injec-tion of flurbiprofen axetil（observation group,n=30）before skin incision.The levels of malonaldehyde（MDA）,interleukin-6（IL-6） and interleukin-8（IL-8） were detected before anesthesia,at the end of operation and 24 hours after operation.Results The levels of MDA,IL-6 and IL-8 in observation group no obviously increased after operation（P0.05）,and were significantly different from those in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Flurbiprofen axetil pretreatment can significantly reduce the production of MDA,IL-6 and IL-8 and inhibit the lung injury caused by one-lung ventilation-induced inflammatory reaction.
