彩色多普勒超声在妇产科急腹症诊断中的应用

目的探讨彩色多普勒超声对妇产科急腹症的诊断价值。方法对152例在南昌大学医院门诊妇产科就诊的急腹症患者均行彩色多普勒超声检查,并将彩色多普勒超声诊断结果与确诊结果进行比较,统计彩色多普勒超声诊断的准确率。结果彩色多普勒超声诊断异位妊娠、卵巢肿瘤蒂扭转、急性盆腔炎、黄体破裂分别为92、24、14、6例,准确率分别为90.20%、85.71%、87.50%、100.00%。152例患者的彩色多普勒超声诊断结果与确诊结果呈正相关(r=0.999 8,P<0.05)。结论彩色多普勒超声具有操作简便、准确率高等优势,可为妇产科急腹症的确诊提供准确的临床依据。

Application of Color Doppler Ultrasound in Diagnosis of Obstetrical/Gynecological Acute Abdomen

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of color doppler uhrasonography in obstetrical and gynecological acute abdomen. Methods Color doppler ultrasound was performed in 152 patients suffering from Department of Obstetrical and Gynecological of Nanchang University Hospital Out-Patient acute abdomen. The accuracy of ultrasound diagnosis was statistically calculated by comparing the confirmed results. Results Color doppler ultrasonography showed ectopic pregnancy in 92 patients, pedicle torsion of ovarian tumor in 24, acute pelvitis in 14 and corpus luteum rupture in 6, and the diagnostic accuracy was 90.20%, 85.71%, 87.50% and 100.00%, respectively. The ultrasound results were positively correlated with the confirmed results （r=0.999 8,P〈0.05）. Conclusion Color doppler ultrason- ography is easy to operate with a high accuracy, and can provide clinical evidence for the diagnosis of obstetrical and gynecological acute abdomen.
