牙冠延长术与牙龈切除术在残冠残根修复中的疗效比较

目的:比较牙冠延长术和牙龈切除术在残冠残根修复中的疗效。方法:选择因外伤或龋齿致患牙断面达龈下的患牙122颗,按照手术方式分成两组:牙冠延长组(A组,70颗患牙)及牙龈切除组(B组,52颗患牙)。比较两组修复后总有效率及术后龈袋深度、牙龈出血指数(Sulcus bleeding index,SBI)。结果:修复后6个月,A组总有效率明显高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后即刻、1个月及修复后6个月,A组龈袋深度明显低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后1个月及修复后6个月,A组SBI明显低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:牙冠延长术能有效恢复患牙生物学宽度(Biologic width,BW),术后残根残冠修复效果明显优于牙龈切除术。

Comparison of the restorative effects of crown lengthening surgery and gingivectomy on dowel crown of deep-seated subgingival teeth fracture

Objective To compare the restorative effects of crown lengthening surgery and gingivectomy on dowel crown of deep-seated subgingival teeth fracture.Methods One hundred and twenty-two teeth were selected and divided into the crown lengthening surgery group(group A,70 teeth) and gingivectomy group(group B,52 teeth).The total effective rate,gingiva pocket depth,and sulcus bleeding index(SBI) were compared postoperative.Results Six months after dental restoration,the total effective rate in group A was significantly higher than that of group B.One months postoperative and six months after dental restoration,gingiva pocket depth and SBI in group A was significantly higher than that of group B(P<0.05).Conclusion Crown lengthening surgery can conserve the biologic width of teeth,and has a good,long-time clinical effect.
