卵巢良性囊肿剔除术止血方式对女性卵巢功能的影响

目的探讨卵巢囊肿剔除术不同止血方式对育龄女性卵巢功能及生存质量的近期影响。方法卵巢良性囊肿剔除术患者138例,按不同止血方式分为3组：A组46例应用腹腔镜缝合止血、B组46例应用腹腔镜电凝止血、C组46例应用经腹缝合止血。比较术前1个月、术后6个月卵泡刺激素、促黄体生成素和雌二醇水平。结果 A组术后6个月卵泡刺激素、促黄体生成素和雌二醇水平较术前比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。B组及C组术后6个月血清卵泡刺激素、促黄体生成素较术前明显增高,雌二醇水平明显降低,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论卵巢囊肿剔除术应用腹腔镜下缝合止血对育龄女性卵巢功能的近期影响较小。

Effects of Different Hemostasis Methods in Oophorocystectomy on Ovarian Function

Objective To investigate the immediate effects of different hemostasis methods in oophorocystectomy on ovarian function and life quality.Methods A total of 138 patients undergoing oophorocystectomy were treated with laparoscopic suture hemostasis（group A,n=46）,laparoscopic electrocoagulation hemostasis（group B,n=46） and transabdominal suture hemostasis（group C,n=46）,respectively.The levels of follicle-stimulating hormone（FSH）,luteinizing hormone（LH） and estradiol（E2） were measured 1 month before operation and 6 months after operation.Results Compared with preoperative levels,FSH,LH and E2 levels did not change significantly 6 months after operation in group A（P0.05）.In group B and group C,FSH and LH levels obviously increased but E2 levels significantly decreased 6 months after operation,compared with preoperative levels（P0.05）.Conclusion Laparoscopic suture hemostasis in oophorocystectomy has less impact on ovarian function.
