奥扎格雷钠联合低分子肝素钠治疗急性进展型脑梗死的疗效

目的探讨奥扎格雷钠联合低分子肝素钠治疗发病6 h内的急性进展型脑梗死患者的疗效。方法将119例急性进展型脑梗死患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组(60例)和对照组(59例)。治疗组采用奥扎格雷钠80 mg静脉滴注,2次.d-1;低分子肝素钠5 000 U,皮下注射,1次.d-1。对照组采用生理盐水静脉滴注,2次.d-1;低分子肝素钠5 000 U,皮下注射,1次.d-1。2组均7 d为1个疗程。治疗1周后对2组的疗效进行比较。结果治疗组治愈46例,治愈率为76.7%;对照组治愈37例,治愈率为62.7%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率为96.7%;对照组总有效率为86.4%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论奥扎格雷钠联合低分子肝素钠治疗发病6 h内的急性进展型脑梗死患者疗效好、作用强、起效快、安全性好。

Efficacy of Ozagrel Sodium Combined with Low Molecular Weight Heparin on Acute Progressive Cerebral Infarction

Objective To investigate the efficacy of combined treatment with ozagrel sodium and low molecular weight heparin in acute progressive cerebral infarction within 6 hours of onset.Methods A total of 119 patients with acute progressive cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups： treatment group（n=60）and control group（n=59）.Patients in treatment group were treated with intravenous infusion of ozagrel sodium 80 mg twice a day and subcutaneous injection of low molecular weight heparin 5 000 U once a day for 7 days.Patients in control group were given intravenous infusion of saline twice a day and subcutaneous injection of low molecular weight heparin 5 000 U once a day for 7 days.The efficacy was compared between the two groups after treatment.Results The cure rate in treatment group（76.7%,46 patients）was significantly higher than that in control group（62.7%,37 patients）（P0.05）.In addition,the total effective rate in treatment group（96.7%） was obviously higher than that in control group（86.4%）（P0.05）.Conclusion Ozagrel sodium combined with low molecular weight heparin is effective and safe in the treatment of acute progressive cerebral infarction within 6 hours of onset.
