摘    要:目的 介绍一种新型的不同对比度视力表(ZyQv视力表,美国Baush&Lomb公司)及其临床应用.方法 以准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术治疗近视为例,使用ZyQv视力表测量54例近视患者手术前后不同对比度和不同照明环境下的视力,并与标准对数视力表的测量结果进行对比.结果 标准对数视力表测得的术前BCVA和术后不同时间点UCVA之间均无显著差异;使用ZyQv视力表发现:术后1周时,三组患者明暗环境中90%对比度视力均有显著下降,术后1月时均恢复至术前水平;三组患者明暗环境中10%对比度视力均于术后1周显著下降,其中低度近视组于术后1月恢复至术前水平,而中度和高度近视组在术后3月时仍低于术前水平(明环境中10%对比度视力除外).结论 ZyQv视力表操作便捷,在角膜屈光手术中可用于完善术前检查,综合评价术后视觉质量,动态观察术后视力恢复,协助临床实验和相关研究.

Abstract:Objective To introduce the ZyQv visual acuity chart and its application in corneal refractive surgery.Methods Visual acuity of 54 individuals of pre-and post-LASIK under different contrast and illuminate was evaluated with the ZyQv visual acuity chart and compared with the logarithmic visual acuity chart. Results There was no statistical difference between the preoperative BCVA and UCVA 1 week, 1 month and 3 months postoperatively obtained with the logarithmic visual acuity chart.Results with the ZyQv visual acuity chart displayed as below: 90% contrast visual acuity of three groups in bright and dark environments declined significantly at 1 week after operation, and recovered to the preoperative level at 1 month after surgery; 10% contrast visual acuity of three groups declined significantly at 1 week after surgery, 10% contrast visual acuity of low myopia group recovered to the preoperative level at 1 month after surgery, as for the moderate and high myopia group, 10% contrast visual acuity still below the preoperative level at 3 month alter surgery (moderate myopia group in the bright environment excluded).Conclusions ZyQv visual acuity chart is simple and convenient to use and operate; it could be used in many aspects of corneal refractive surgery, e.g.consummating of preoperative examination, evaluating visual quality after surgery, continuously observing the recovery of visual acuity dynamically, clinical experiment and correlate investigation, et al.
