摘    要:目的探讨艾滋病流行特征,为制定防治对策提供依据。方法收集和分析1988—2007年湖北省常规监测及流行病学调查资料。结果(1)截至2007年底,湖北省累计报告艾滋病病毒/艾滋病(HIV/AIDs)患者3775例,其中AIDS病人2376例,死亡1138例。按累计疫情报告数统计:传播途径中,卖血/输血占56.7%,性传播占25%,注射吸毒占4.9%,母婴传播占1.6%,不详占12%;按年度疫情报告数统计,性传播比例已上升至2007年的40.5%。(2)男男性行为者、暗娼、孕产妇等人群的HIV感染率呈上升趋势,外省输入性病例明显增加。(3)艾滋病流行因素广泛存在。结论湖北省处于艾滋病低流行与局部特定人群集中流行并存的局面;性传播已成为主要传播途径;疫情波及面广,地区分布差异大;流行因素广泛存在,疫情有从高危人群向一般人群扩散的趋势。

Analysis of epidemic characteristics of HIV/AIDS in Hubei Province

Abstract:Objective To explore characteristics of HIV/AIDS epidemic and provide evidence for developing prevention and control strategy. Methods The data from routine and sentinel surveillance,as well as from epidemiological surveys were analyzed. Results (1)The cumulative number of HIV positive cases reported by the end of 2007 was 3 775, including 2 376 AIDS patients and 1 138 deaths. Among 3 775 cases , 56.7% was via former hlood and plasma donation % blood transfusion, 25 % was infected through sexual transmission, 4.9% through injecting drug use, 1.6% through PMTCT ,and the remaining 12% was unknown. Sexual transmission increased to 40. 5% in 2007. (2)There was an increasing trend of HIV prevalence in MSM,CSW and pregnant women and imported cases from other provinces were significantly increased. (3)There were multiple factors which made the epidemic more se- rious in some special sub-populations. Conclusion The epidemic is characterized by a wide disparity between high and low prevalent regions; sexual transmission is now the main route of the spread of HIV; there are multiple factors driving the epidemic, and HIV/AIDS is spreading to the general population.
