2007年全国首次沙眼衣原体实验室检测室间质量评价

目的掌握全国各级性病实验室沙眼衣原体（CT）检测状况，使CT检测工作规范化，提高临床检验的水平和质量。方法通过集中发放和邮寄方式，向全国性病实验室发放质控样品，由性病控制中心对回报结果进行统计分析，并将考评成绩反馈给各参评单位。结果在参评的73个单位中，47．9％的性病实验室考核成绩为优秀；合格的占37％；一般的占9．6％；不合格的占5．5％。结论部分性病实验室的CT检验水平有待提高，各级实验室应不断加强实验室自身建设，制定规范的操作程序，开展室内质量控制，积极参加室问质量评价活动。

The first nationwide external quality assessment of Chlamydia trachomatis testing in 2007

Objective To study the quality of Chlamydia trachomatis（CT）testing among all-level laboratories for sexually transmitted diseases, so as to standardize the CT testing procedures and improve the quality of CT testing in this coun- try. Methods Quality control samples were distributed to laboratories all over the country by mail or special dispatch, then the test results were statistically analyzed and returned to each laboratory. Results The 73 involved laboratories were as- sessed as excellent, qualified, average and unqualified ones, which accounted for 47.9 %, 37 %, 9.6 % and 5.5 %, respec- tively. Conclusion Some laboratories should improve their CT testing capacity. And laboratories at all levels should devel- op standardized operating procedures, build up internal quality control system and actively participate in external quality as- sessment.
